Re-launch of Elizabeth Emanuel

Iconic British designer Elizabeth Emanuel will relaunch her Art of Being label during London Fashion Week. Renowned for her iconic Royal Wedding Dress for Lady Diana Spencer and the infamous black evening dress worn at her first public engagement

with Prince Charles, this September Elizabeth will be a showing a capsule collection dedicated to the Little Black Dress.

Throughout the 1990s and 2000s, Elizabeth designed exclusive dresses for famous faces such as members of the Royal Family, Elizabeth Taylor, Joan Collins, Jerry Hall, Twiggy, Bianca Jagger, Carolina Herrera, and Drew Barrymore to name but a few. Elizabeth’s other involvements include designing for films, the ballet, television advertisements, theatrical productions, music videos, and exclusive pieces for the EMMY Awards, American Idol, the X Factor Finals and the Brit Awards. She was featured as a guest judge on Britain’s Next Top Model, multiple news and discussion programmes, and was responsible for the design of the Virgin Airlines uniforms.

In 2005, the Art of Being was launched and ten years after being of the catwalk Elizabeth returns with and exclusive ready-to-wear collection of black dresses. The show will be hosted on 21st September at Grosvenor Place.
