Spark Etail acquires Frank & Faith

Environmentally friendly supplier and retailer, Spark Etail, has announced that is acquiring ethical fashion label and online retailer, Frank & Faith. The label will join the groups other online stores Ethical Superstore, Natural Collection and the recently

acquired Spirit of Nature, which sell Organic, Fair Trade and UK-made products.

Frank
& Faith, created by Anya Pearson and Mark Swire to fill a gap in the ethical fashion market, has been operating since 2006 designing, manufacturing and retailing fashion, accessories and lifestyle products. The label is known for using eco-friendly fabrics including organic cotton and bamboo, as well as manufacturing its collections in the UK.

With the introduction of the brand to the group’s portfolio of companies, Spark Etail is forecasting group turnover in excess of £15m over the next year, and will operate the retailer from its headquarters in Gateshead.
