The end of September, will see the launch of thecorner.com in China. The online boutique will go live under the domain thecorner.com.cn and will sell a selection of brand 'corners' from luxury to emerging fashion labels.  With the launch, The Corner

e Corner will be one of the first multi-brand online stores to offer China the latest collections of established global brands. The brands selected include Dolce & Gabbana, Salvatore Ferragamo, Alexander McQueen and Z Zegna, Maison Martin Margiela, Rick Owens, Haider Ackermann and Alexander Wang.

Each brand will be presented in ‘corners’ mini-stores customized with their own multimedia content. thecorner.com.cn will offer tailored e-commerce solutions, and localized customer service for Chinese customers, including luxury packaging, FedEx delivery in over 400, free returns, and an anti-fraud microchip seal with the RFid tracking technology to ensure the authenticity of the ordered products.

Thecorner.com was established in 2008 and is powered by global internet retailer Yoox Group. The company is the official online retailer for the Vogue Fashion Fund/CFDA (US), and is available in Europe, Japan and the US.

The introduction of thecorner.com.cn is part of Yoox Group's expansion plan into China. The online retailer recently launched marni.cn and bally.cn, and other domains will follow in the near future.
