Vauxhall Fashion Scout is calling on aspiring designers to apply for its initiatives to take part during London Fashion Week in February, and Paris Fashion Week in March. Fashion designers can apply to take part in VFS catwalk, presentation,

salon show and exhibitions, as well as its coveted awards – the Merit Award, which offers a fully sponsored catwalk show and a £1,00o cash prize, and Ones to Watch and Ones to Watch MEN, which introduces new talents in back-to-back showcases.

Applications

The closing date for applications is November 14, with successful applicants chosen by a selection panel of fashion industry experts, who will judge the candidates on their creativity, quality and business potential.

Selected designers will also benefit from the VFS year-long mentoring programme, specially tailored to ensure designers have the required skills to develop and maintain successful, sustainable businesses, including: business, branding, production, sales, PR and manufacturing.
