Forecasting and style agency WGSN announced the launch of FONTIS, a digital platform designed to deliver inspiration, insight and action to organizations at the intersection of fashion, style and commerce. FONTIS transforms the interplay

and effectiveness of creative teams, buyers, visual merchandisers and marketers, dramatically improves speed to market, de-risks range planning and confidently predicts breakthrough trends and the next best-sellers.

Named after the Latin word for source or spring, FONTIS utilizes cloud computing technology to restructure all of WGSN’s design packs, images, trend forecasts, market analyses, reports and more, so designers and style executives can search for, and find, WGSN’s content in a highly personalized and efficient manner, wherever and whenever they need it. The WGSN archive currently includes more than 600,000 pages of content – more than the Financial Times.
