Luxury e-tailer Avenue 32, which launched last year, is collaborating with The Creative Archives on a limited edition scarf collection for spring/summer 2012. The exclusive, printed scarves by Giles, Preen, and Emilio de la Morena, are limited to just 20 each, and have been hand woven using 100% cashmere and produced in India.

Giles Deacon’s scarf design features the playful ‘Doll Print’ showing stick figures wearing his pre-fall 2012 collection. Preen’s Thea Bregazzi took inspiration for their Pre-Fall 2012 collection and went with a nostalgic china-inspired ‘Teacup Print’. Whereas, Emilio de la Morena’s scarf design harks back to the inspiration of her autumn/winter 2010 collection, with an abstract teal green ‘Titan Print’ that brings ethereal and mystical landscape references to life.

The Creative Archives was launched in 2010 in Florence, Italy and aims to combine innovative creative talent with traditional craft practices and artisanship. It launched its collaborative projects to raise awareness of the relationship between conceptual design and fine craftsmanship.

The limited edition scarves, which have all been numbered, are each priced £300.
