Online retailer Boohoo has teamed up with charity Style for Stroke, part of the Stroke Association on a collection of slogan T-shirts, to raise awareness about stroke among young people.

The exclusive ‘Famous Last Words’ collection features designs created by celebrities including Kelly Osbourne, Mel B, Radio DJ Sarah–Jane Crawford, MTV presenter Lilah Parsons, Revenge actor Barry Sloane, Made In Chelsea’s Binky Felstead and Lucy Watson, as well as Style For Stroke’s founder Nick Ede.

Each T-shirt retails for 12 pounds and features the words you would like to remembered for, with Kelly Osbourne stating “I am who I am’, while Mel B’s tee says 'Never be scared to live your life, just be' and Barry Sloane writes, ‘A working class actor is something to be’.

The limited edition T-shirts are exclusive to Boohoo.com and a minimum of 25 percent of profits will go to the Stroke Association.
