Carven SS13 menswear

Carven presented its spring summer 2013 collection at Pitti Uomo. The collection featured fresh colours, such as lemon, green and red, as well as botanical prints on clothes and accessories.

The French fashion has made a great impact in recent seasons with its menswear, and creative director Guillaume Henry stated he wanted to present the brand, not the collection at Pitti. The presentation was "Paris meets Firenze," Henry told Style.com, mixing casual elements with business ones, "the office meets the weekend," such as oxford-cloth sleeves growing from a casual denim shirt. Elsewhere, it was stylistic, as with shorts worn with tailoring.
