Dr. Martens x Liberty

Luxury department store Liberty London is on a collaboration roll, earlier this month they released a collection of running shoes and apparel with Nike, and from May 1 it will be fused with another British institution Dr. Martens, which is getting a Liberty print make-over in a limited-edition range.

The theme of the capsule collection is ‘Wild Nature’ and is a celebration of the refined beauty of the flora used in the Liberty print juxtaposed with the rebellious ethos of Dr. Martens and features  the bird-filled 'Strawberry Thief' print and a specially re-coloured 'Martens Flower'. The line consists of the traditional 8-hole and 3-hole Dr. Martens boots and shoes as well as the recently introduced Kensington and desert boot style, and satchel bag.

The limited edition collection follows the news that this autumn model Agyness Deyn who stars in the latest Dr. Martens ad campaigns is to design her own collection for the heritage brand.
