The first hint of what the Maison Martin Margiela collection for H&M will look like is here. A blogger, FriChic Blog, scanned an editorial from French Elle: the model wears a red asymmetrical dress with a draped silhouette. The dress looks a lot like two red designs from Margiela’s 2012 pre-fall and fall collection.

In June, Swedish fashion retailer H&M confirmed that its next collaboration will be with French fashion house Maison Martin Margiela. “Maison Martin Margiela is one of the most important and influential fashion houses of the past three decades,” said Margareta van den Bosch, creative advisor at H&M. “I am so excited by this collaboration which will give fashion lovers around the world the chance to wear special pieces by Maison Martin Margiela. This collaboration will be a great and memorable fashion moment.”

The line – an autumn/winter 2012 collection that will include garments for men and women, as well as accessories - is set to drop in 230 stores worldwide and H&M’s website on November 15.
