George at Asda has teamed up with breast cancer charity Breast Cancer Care to launch a new range of post-surgery lingerie for breast cancer survivors.

The line launching ahead of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October includes matching sets, sports bras and swimwear, and has been developed with the help of women who’ve been diagnosed with breast cancer to ensure that all the products are fit-tested and designed with post-surgery prostheses in mind.

Fiona Lambert, VP of George and George Home and Asda’s Tickled Pink Ambassador, said: "George is hugely proud to be working alongside Breast Cancer Care in developing this range. We listened to feedback from women diagnosed with breast cancer to design lingerie that exactly met their needs.

“The bras are beautiful, practical and great value and the three post-surgery women in our campaign look amazing in them.”

The Tickled Pink range includes soft, front-fastening bras designed with beautiful floral and lace styles, plus matching briefs, as well as two swimsuits. Bras will be on sale from just 6 pounds, with 10 percent of sales being donated to its Tickled Pink campaign, which supports Breast Cancer Care and Breast Cancer Campaign.

In addition, George at Asda has also launched a range of headscarves specifically designed for women who’ve lost their hair during chemotherapy. Priced 6 pounds, 1 pound from the sale will be donated to the charity.
