Girl Panic

The original super models are back and causing a stir. First it was the cover of Harper's Bazaar December issue, and now the official video of Duran Duran's Girl Panic has been released.

It is a homage to the era of the original super models, when persona was as important as beauty. There hasn't been a time since the 90s when models were this iconic, or indeed stood for something.

Duran Duran "Girl Panic" video is nine and a half minutes long, but is complete with fashion references and highlights. Sponsored by the Savoy and Swarovski, with the likes of Balenciaga, Dolce & Gabbana and Balmain also involved, it features the original supers: Naomi Campbell as Simon Le Bon, Helena Christensen as Roger Taylor, Eva Herzigova as Nick Rhodes, and Cindy Crawford as John Taylor - plus Yasmin Le Bon.
