Global WAD auction

Coinciding with World AIDS Day (WAD), style icon and Creative Director of fashion label L.A.M.B. Gwen Stefani joined forces with stroller brand Bugaboo in aid of the Global Fund. Together they created a bespoke Bugaboo Cameleon, which will be auctioned globally by December 5th on eBay. All profits will go to the Global Fund, which is the main financier of programs to fight AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, with approved funding of $19.3 billion in 144 countries.

Stefani customized the Bugaboo Cameleon featuring a floral fabric with L.A.M.B. written in graffiti style. The front and back of the stroller are lined in Vachetta leather trim and embellished with rounded pyramid studs. Bringing together fashion, function and social consciousness, with this auction Stefani and Bugaboo are helping to reach (RED)’s goal of eliminating mother-to-child HIV transmission by 2015.
