Jonathan Saunders x Thomson

British fashion designer, Jonathan Saunders has joined forces with holiday company Thomson to design a limited edition collection of beachwear and beach bags for men and women. The designer also recently designed and accessorised the pool area of the new five star hotel, Sensatori Resort Jamaica.

Saunders commented on the collaboration: "The backdrop to the new Sensatori Resort Jamaica was the starting point and the inspiration for designing the beachwear. Choosing the colour palette to run through the Thomson designs was the first thing I did, combining bold Jamaican brights with relaxing earthy tones and the idea of a repeated graphic worked perfectly for the beach bags...together with Thomson I have thought about every detail and hope the luxurious touches will make the holiday experience for guests at Sensatori Resort Jamaica even more special."

The holiday wear line features a range of sarongs in four color palettes, which mix bright and subtle colors and a beach bag, which was inspired by Saunders graphic print dress worn by the Duchess of Cambridge on the Jubliee tour. The beach bag is also available in four color combinations, which are said to compliment the sarongs and for the men there is a separate bag available, in neutral tones of grey, white and blue.

"We wanted to ensure we're offering our customers something exclusive, stylish and interesting at our new hotel, and we believe that is exactly what Jonathan has achieved with his designs."

The range will first be handed out to guests at the Sensatori Resort in Jamaica when it opens on May 1. For customers who are unable to visit the resort, the limited edition range will be available in selected Thomson stores across the UK.
