Iconic model Kate Moss married partner Jamie Hince in a beautiful John Galliano gown. Speculation had been rife for weeks, but it emerged on Thursday she was to wear the troubled-designer's couture creation made especially for her.

"She was that ethereal waif; delicate and mischievous, on a perfect midsummer eve," said Vogue fashion features director Harriet Quick. "It was so very her and it could not be more opposite to the royal wedding. It was a superb dress and pure Galliano - bias-cut, nostalgic and wonderful - a tribute to him. Moss returns to that waif we all fell in love with."
