LFW: Mulberry AW13

British leather goods company Mulberry has slowly and surely been building its ready-to-wear business over the past two years and this season the company showed a delectable collection of textures, focusing on knitwear, outerwear and separates in quirky British style.

With several poodles on the catwalk stealing the limelight, the clothes came oversized, with grand sleeves, giant sweaters, magnified checks, and large pleats. Florals and prints were dark and moody, referencing the heritage of the house. 90s inspired skater skirts and dresses over trousers were also seen, with matching sweaters for poodles. It doesn't get much quirkier than that.
