The standout shows to date were Proenza Schouler for its Hawaiian glamour and vibrant urban relevance; Chado Ralph Rucci for its lightness and use of texture; Theyskens Theory for producing the kind of stylish separates a woman would want to wear.
The emerging trends of New Year are best summed up as the season of the dress and jacket. Dresses are slightly longer and over the knee, and look fresh when worn with a blazer. So too the renaissance of the blazer feels modern when worn with shorts or high-waisted denim.
