She already collaborated on the soundtrack for the Thierry Muglers show featuring her new single Goverment Hooker, to be released in May. During Mugler's showLady Gaga modeled Muglers show during Paris Fashion Week. The singer turned model announced her debut on Twitter moments before the show to start.
The link between Mugler and Lady Gaga is quite clear, as her stylist Nicola Formichetti designs for the fashion house. Last September, the Japanese-Italian stylist became the Creative Director of Mugler. It’s Formichetti’s debut of his womenswear collection for Mugler. The show will be live streamed on the brand’s Facebook page on 2nd March at 9:00pm.
Mugler live streamed the show directly from the brand's Facebook. The live footage and exciting build up brought back the fun in fashion, and was very welcome post the Dior palaver. In a Gothic cathedral inspired setting, the sci-fi fantasy collection by Formichetti was received with great enthusiasm by the fashion pack. Something he might have achieved without the presents of a famous singer.
