Shopping centre gum factory

The people behind Whiteleys Shopping Centre might have watched Charlie and the Chocolate Factory a few times too many. The shopping mall is revealing all the secrets of gum by launching the Artisanal Chewing Gum Factory by Bompas & Parr.

It will the world’s first micro chewing gum factory. Visitors can choose from familiar and very unusual flavours such as beer, tonic, Hendrick’s Gin and iris. Over 40,000 flavour combinations can be mixed together. The factory is open from 25th-31st October from midday to 6pm.
