Sue Timney exhibition

Iconic fabric company Timney-Fowler is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. To celebrate the special occasion the Fashion and Textile Museum is hosting a retrospective of both Timney’s career as a designer and her work with Timney-Fowler. On display will be exclusive material and bold design developed in collaboration with the British interior and textile designer.

In 1979 Sue Timney left the Royal College of Art and started Timney-Fowler together with Grahame Fowler. The two collaborated with designers such as Yohji Yamamoto and Issey Miyake. The Sue Timney and the Design of Timney-Fowler exhibition will take place from 19th November until 27th February 2011.
