Rosie Wolfenden and Harriet Vine, founders and designers of jewellery brand Tatty Devine, have collected their MBEs for services to the fashion industry from Prince of Wales at Buckingham Palace.

"Receiving our MBEs is undoubtedly the proudest achievement of our careers to date," the pair said in a joint statement. "We've always been driven to create new, original and exciting jewellery, so to be formally recognised in this way is just incredible."

To celebrate their MBEs, the duo has launched the 'Classic' collection, featuring pieces that the pair consider 'quintessentially Tatty Devine' drawn from their 13-year archive. The collection includes the bunting necklace, the dog on wheels brooch, and the lobster necklace.

Founded in 1999, the duo set up the jewellery brand after graduating from Chelsea College of Art, where they both gained degrees in Fine Art. Best known for their use of Perspex, the brand’s most recognisable piece is the personalised name necklace, which comes in 30 colours. The brand is currently stocked in around 300 stockists around the world and it has two stores on Brick Lane and Monmouth Street, as well as a concession in the Oxford Street branch of Selfridges.
