Todd Lynn for Debenhams

London Fashion Week designer Todd Lynn has unveiled his debut affordable capsule collection for Debenhams as part of its Edition line. Sitting alongside Jonathan Saunders, Roksanda Ilincic, Preen and Marios Schwab, Lynn has produced a 12-piece range comprising of outerwear, knitwear and leather, as well as denim separates.

Described by the department store as Lynn’s “signature androgynous style” the collection is filled with “luxurious winter essentials” including black jeans, a wool winter coat, a leather blazer, and a black marble patterned shift dress.

“My main collection caters to a specific woman but at Debenhams the net is so much wider,” explained Lynn. “I never want to exclude customers. People spend different amounts on the clothes they buy so this range was about letting those who spend less buy into the brand.”

The aim of the Edition capsule collections is to introduce new and upcoming designers to Debenhams customers, while helping the designers attract a new audience.

The Todd Lynn/Edition launches in 20 stores and online at Debenhams this week with prices starting from 50 pounds.
