The marriage dress mayhem has already started, as Prince William and Kate Middleton officially announced they got engaged. During the Q&A session, Ms Middleton wore an 18-carat sapphire engagement ring surrounded by 14 diamonds. Prince Charles gave the same ring to the late Lady Diana when they got engaged.
The wedding is set for next year, which already promises to become the iconic fashion moment of the year. Middleton has been a paparazzi target over the last eight years, and she been compared to Lady Di for her dress sense on many occasions. She’s been listed on several ‘Best Dressed Lists’ such as The Daily Telegraph, People’s magazine and Vanity Fair.
