Operations Associate - Night Shift

The Role:

Being an Operations Assistant at Superdry means getting stuck in. You will work within the Operations team to ensure the smooth running of all thing’s operations. From working in the stockroom, to working the deliveries, you will bring energy and authenticity to drive store performance and make the store run lock clockwork. You will work smart and support our shop floor team to deliver the best experience for our customers. So, bring all of you, to what you do, show up and perform.

Salary: Please be aware that the current salary for this role is between £8.80 - £13.98 per hour. The hourly rate will vary due to this role being a night shift role, and will also vary within age related pay guidelines. 

You Will:

• Receiving and processing deliveries on a daily basis
• Shopfloor replenishment working closely with the visual merchandising team
• Working closely with RFID to ensure the floor is properly replenished 
   working as part of a small operations team and assisting the leadership team in a busy environment
• Customer interaction is part of the role due to being on the salesfloor
• Attention to detail is key, organisational skills and a passion for fashion
