Abercrombie & Fitch reports lower profit despite record sales

US apparel group Abercrombie & Fitch Co. set a new sales record in the 2025/26 financial year as expected. Its profit, however, fell short of the previous year's level. The company forecasted a further increase in sales for the current year on Wednesday.
