Asos improves online checkout

Online fashion retailer Asos has partnered with PCA Predict to improve and streamline its checkout process as it continues to expand globally.

The online pure-player has tapped PCA Predict to handled its address validation during online checkout, to improve its overall customer experience. Using the company’s optimisation tools, Asos will be able to filter through relative data during the customers point of entry and streamline their checkout.

“Asos is experiencing tremendous growth in international markets and we are thrilled to be part of their continued success,” said Jamie Turner CEO of PCA Predict in a statement. “Customers of Asos will now be able to search and verify their delivery address, even if they misspell words or enter accidental typos."
