Harper's Bazaar UK and Karen Millen launch capsule collection
Hearst UK-owned publication Harper’s Bazaar UK has entered a brand licensing partnership with British fashion brand Karen Millen to launch a capsule womenswear collection titled Beyond the Season.
The partnership debuts with a 30-piece autumn/winter 2026 collection curated by the editorial team at Harper’s Bazaar UK. A spring/summer 2027 edit is scheduled to follow next year.
The collection reimagines signature Karen Millen garments, including trench coats, blazers, occasion dresses and white shirts. Designed with modern proportions, contemporary silhouettes and premium fabrics, the range focuses on multi-use styling from weekday to weekend.
Lydia Slater, editor-in-chief of Harper’s Bazaar UK, stated that the collaboration originated after observing a guest wearing a tailored Karen Millen dress at a Harper’s Bazaar Privé event. Slater noted that the brand's focus on cut, fit and craftsmanship aligns naturally with readers seeking long-lasting style.
Dan Finley, chief executive officer of Debenhams Group, added that both brands share an understanding of the modern woman, with the curated capsule offering investment pieces designed for longevity.
The integrated marketing campaign supporting the release includes social media and influencer activation, affiliate marketing and an exclusive launch event. The collection became available on October 6, 2026 at 11am BST.
