K-Swiss Global Brands acquires Supra Footwear

London - K-Swiss Global Brands has added One-Distribution, parent company of Supra Footwear and KR3W Denim to its portfolio as it seeks “to become one of the world's leading multi-brand companies”.
One-Distribution is a leading skate-inspired apparel and footwear manufacturer and its brands Supra Footwear and KR3W Denim will be added to the K-Swiss umbrella portfolio which currently comprises of sportswear firm K-Swiss, boot brand Palladium and sister brand PLDM, and OTZ Shoes. The acquisition was for an undisclosed sum.

In addition, KSGB confirmed that Robert Capener has been appointed as brand president across both Supra and KR3W. Capener who has previously held senior positions at Adidas, Reebok and No Fear, will report to Remington.
