Marquee partners with Randa to acquire Totes and Isotoner brands

Marquee Brands and Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) have jointly acquired Totes Isotoner Corporation, the manufacturer of weather-related accessories, including umbrellas, gloves, and seasonal footwear.
