Rebecca Minkoff sold to Sunrise Brands

WWD has reported that Rebecca Minkoff has been sold to Sunrise Brands, the Los Angeles-based retail holding company. Sunrise Brands’ portfolio currently includes NYDJ, Joie, Equipment, Current/Elliott, Skinnygirl, Donald J. Pliner, and Diane Gilman.
