Swimwear brand, Reign Swim has launched a crowdfunding campaign to offer inclusive swim fashion for fuller bust women with the launch of its range offering comfort and support for UK bust size F-K.

The new swimwear brand has been launched specifically with the fuller bust woman in mind, with its designs featuring straps reinforced with elastic to offer comfort on the shoulders and cross back design to offer lift and support in the front.

Kuku Nukajam, founder of Reign Swim, said in a statement: “At Reign Swim, we know the annual hunt to find gorgeous yet well-constructed swimwear for holiday season can be a long and painful process. That’s why we are committed to providing you with contemporary, beautiful and fun designs that offer adequate support and fit. Through our products, we also aim to encourage women to embrace all that they have been blessed with and empower women to feel great about themselves.”

Reign Swim already has suppliers and manufacturers in place, however, it has taken to Kickstarter to raise 10,000 pounds to support the production of its debut collection, which includes purchasing materials and reaching the factory minimums for their first production run.

The three-piece debut collection comprises of two bikinis and one one-piece is called, Assured, and has been designed to “celebrate women for all they are – mind, body and soul,” explains the brand.

Each piece in this collection has been inspired by famous women who are advocates for self-love and exude confidence, including Serena Williams, Michelle Obama and Ashley Graham, and aims to mirror the contemporary designs and styles of high street brands, which Reign Swim states generally “cater for a more typical sized bust”.

In its Kickstarter campaign, Reign Swim states: “A big thing for us is that we don’t want fuller bust women to feel like a specialist customer but feel like any other customer when shopping for swimwear. We want fuller bust women to experience choice and to feel comfortable shopping, assured that if they select a specific size it’ll fit as expected.”

With that in mind, Reign Swim collections start from a UK bust size F-K and caters for UK dress size 8-18.

All pieces in the debut collection are available on Kickstarter for pre-order, which will be shipped in April if the campaign receives its full funding. There is a tiered level to support, ranging for 35 pounds where investors will receive a bikini or one-piece from the collection before they officially launch on the brand’s own website to pledging 195 pounds to receive four swimsuits, a personal thank-you note and an exclusive backers beach bag.

The campaign runs until February 13 and will only be funded if it reaches its 10,000 pounds goal.
