Tellon Capital acquires high street retail portfolio

Tellon Capital has acquired the Rose Portfolio of prime high street retail investments from Aviva Investors for approximately 24 million pounds.
The portfolio comprises of four prime high street retail properties in Oxford, York, Kingston-Upon-Thames and Chester and generates a net rental income of approximately 1.2 million pounds per annum.
The acquisition includes four units on Oxford’s Cornmarket Street which are let to Kiehl’s, Starbucks, Pizza Express and The Change Group. It also includes EE and Clinton’s on Coney Street, York, O2 on Eastgate Street, Chester and The Entertainer on Thames Street, Kingston-Upon-Thames.
Ben Tyack, investment director at Savills, who advised Tellon Capital on the acquisition, said: “The Rose portfolio combined a rare opportunity to purchase in four of the UK’s prime retail destinations with a strong tenant line up and good reversionary prospects.”
