Chic Shanghai prepares for new chapter with Pure

Chic Shanghai, China’s largest fashion trade fair, is preparing its second edition this autumn, which will feature spring/summer collections - a first for the trade event.

Set to run from October 13 to 15, Chic is set to return to its new home at the National Exhibition and Convention Centre in Shanghai. The autumn edition will see over 700 brands for 23 countries present their wares within three halls, spanning 55,000 square meters.

The trade fair will see 450 exhibitors attending from mainland China as well as 250 international visitors from countries such as the UK, France, Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain and Turkey as well as the US, Brazil, India, Japan and Malaysia.

Partnering with London fashion trade fair for the first time, Pure London will present a ‘show-in-show’ trade event at Chic, known as Pure Shanghai, which will showcase 50 British and International labels such as Desigual, Ness, Fly London and French Sole in a dedicated ares spanning 810 square meters.

Chic Shanghai will also continue developing its relationship with the Sistema Moda Italiana and the Assocalzaturifici by presenting a special area dedicated to Italian brands known as La Moda Italiana.
