UK trade show Pure London is introducing a dedicated Retail Solutions section for its February 2016 show, with the aim of helping attendees improve the running of their businesses, both online and offline.

The new section aims to meet a gap in the UK fashion market and has been built to enable directors and decision-makers from independent retailers to meet with retail solution providers who supply services such as online marketing, in-store technology, logistics and fulfilment, insurance and lighting.

Companies confirmed to take part in the debut Retail Solutions section includes SAP, HermexFX, Visualsoft, Vetigraph and Eastman Staples.

Pure hopes that the initiative will be well received and hopes to grow the new Retail Solutions into a dedicated solutions village for the July event.

To launch the event, Jonathan Kinchin has been named head of retail solutions at i2i Events Group to work across the portfolio of e-commerce and retail solution exhibitors at Pure London.

Kinchin, said: “I’m looking forward to working with solution providers to help them reach fashion brands and retailers. This represents a great opportunity for suppliers to reach the independent retailers that make up 80 percent of the fashion/retail market, all in one place.”

The February edition of Pure London will also see the launch of the trade show’s inaugural menswear edition.
