Roger Saul, founder of British accessory label Mulberry, has joined the line up of speakers for the upcoming edition of fashion trade fair Pure London.

On Monday, August 3, he will share his insight on forging a successful and varied career within the fashion industry as well as the opportunities and accessibility of exporting business world wide, in association with the UK Trade & Investment. Roger’s discussion at Pure London will be open to both brands and retailers alike, and is set to compliment other talks held by All Saints, Hobbs, LK Bennett, Arcadia and Boden during the event’s fashion forum.

Founded in 1971 by Roger, together with his mother Joan, Mulberry first began offering a series of belts before introducing handbags which were sold in boutique across the global. In addition to successfully running Mulberry, Roger has also succeeded in operating other business ventures over the past two decades, including the opening of the Charlton House hotel, the acquisition of Sharpham Park as an organic and sustainable farm and the renewal of Kilver Court in Sheperton Mallet.

The next edition of Pure London is set to run from 2 to 4 of August, at Olympia London.
