London trade shows Scoop and Scoop London are set to take place together under one roof this July, for a "one-off event". Both shows have been combined into a single event known as Scoop and The City, which will take place at the Old Billingsgate from July 24 to 26.

"Although we had originally hoped to run Scoop London at the Saatchi Gallery following the Rolling Stones Exhibitionism show, the knock on effect of Exhibitionism means that the gallery will now be occupied by a major art show in September this year," explained Karen Radley, founder of Scoop International in a statement.

"So with the additional space afforded by our summer 2016 venue of Old Billingsgate, we’re taking the opportunity to bring the Scoop and Scoop London line-ups together at this one-off event – Scoop and the City. Scoop and Scoop London will both return to the Saatchi Gallery on their original datelines in January and February 2017".

News of the single event comes not along after the trade show organisers announced the relocation of Scoop to the Old Billingsgate building for its August edition. A number of contemporary designers have already signed up to show at Scoop and The City, with returning women's wear designers including Des Petits Hauts and Toupy, ROSSO35, Black Lily and 27 Miles Malibu. Other labels exhibiting include Go> by Go Silk, MOS MOSH, Parka London, Arche and Kirstin Ash.
