Sneakerness, Europe’s biggest event dedicated to trainers, is coming to London for the first time. Launched in 2008 in Zurich, Sneakerness holds annual editions in several cities, including Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris and Milan, among others. Bringing together traditional retailers and independent collectors, the event allows for “sneakerheads” to get their hands on new, rare and limited-edition trainers.

The event is set to take place on July 7 and 8, at PrintWorks, South-east London, according to Sneakerness’ website. The blue Nike x Off-White Air Jordan 1, launched last week and sold out almost immediately at many retailers, is likely to be one of the most sought-after styles in the event.

The last Sneakerness, held in Amsterdam in May, attracted a total of 7500 visitors. In addition to London, the event is also expanding to Rotterdam later this year and Johannesburg in March 2019.
