Carey's new career

When a star's light fades, there is nothing left but to try again in a new field. Such is the case for songbird extraordinaire, Mariah Carey, who gave up on good taste in favour of silicone inhancements and embarrassingly virtuous displays of talent.

Following surgery, Mariah appeared to favour tiny bikini tops and hot pants to show case her new and existing voluptuous assets. It is therefore no wonder that she set her sights on a career in fashion, designing her own Mariah Kiss Kiss underwear line. The line is geared towards women of all shapes and sizes - not surprising, as Mariah has pretty much been all shapes and sizes herself.

Now, however, there is a rumour that she is planning to join forces with a certain British designer, whose identity remains, as yet, undisclosed. According to the rumour mill, Mariah will appear in the mystery designer's ad campaign for next season as well as sashaying down the catwalk for him or her. A friend told the IRISHEXAMINER.COM: "She's so excited. It gives her something new to concentrate on."
