White and Private Label Expo returns to Excel London in November

The White and Private Label Expo, a UK trade show for product sourcing, will return to Excel London on November 11 and 12, 2026. The organisers expect around 16,000 visitors and 300 white label and private label manufacturers.
The show targets retailers, brand owners and e-commerce sellers looking to launch or expand their own product ranges. Exhibitors range from suppliers offering white label products with low minimum order quantities to manufacturers producing fully custom private label lines at scale.
According to the organisers, demand for own-label sourcing is being driven by pressure on UK retailers to compete on price. They point to heavier discounting of branded goods, rising costs squeezing margins and shoppers who are more willing to switch away from familiar brands.
Alongside the exhibition floor, the event will host around 100 seminars and keynote talks across both days. Topics include e-commerce and retail strategy, white label sourcing and logistics.
The expo is co-located with three other shows: Smart Retail Tech Expo; E-commerce Packaging and Labelling; and Retail Supply Chain and Logistics Expo. A single free ticket gives visitors access to all four.
The White and Private Label Expo runs from 10am to 5pm GMT on Wednesday, November 11, and from 10am to 4pm GMT on Thursday, November 12.
