Samsøe Samsøe and Madeline Argy launch co-designed capsule collection

Danish brand Samsøe Samsøe has launched a fully co-designed capsule collection with British creator and podcast host Madeline Argy, the next step in a partnership that began when Argy became the brand's first-ever ambassador in 2025.

Where their earlier work together centred on campaigns, this collection marks Argy's debut as co-designer, her first credited role in shaping a fashion collection rather than fronting one. The capsule builds on the effortless styling from the duo's first shoot together, when Argy discovered how much a single look could change through layering, an approach she has carried into her own personal style since.

The collection comprises seven styles: two tops, two dresses, two skirts, and a cap. The palette stays quiet, drawing on grey, pastel, champagne, white, and natural tones, animated with everyday check and stripe prints. Branding is kept minimal, tucked into interior details rather than displayed outwardly.

"I've always been drawn to pieces that feel effortless, things you can throw on without overthinking but still feel like yourself in," said Argy. "Working on this collection with Samsøe Samsøe was about creating a wardrobe that feels lived in, versatile, and quietly confident. We obsessed over the small details, so every piece feels intentional, but never precious. I hope it's the kind of collection people reach for again and again because it simply fits into their everyday lives."

The campaign was shot by photographer Justin Leveritt inside an empty New York apartment, its floor-to-ceiling windows framing the city skyline while street sounds echo through the space. The setting nods to Argy's recent move to New York, with the spare, lightly furnished interior meant to evoke the feeling of having just moved in: undone, yet deliberate. Styling and lighting throughout lean into a natural, calm mood that reflects the collection's late summer character.
