SuperGroup says Shaun Wills resigns as CFO and Director

SuperGroup said that Shaun Wills has had to step down as Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company and its subsidiaries, effective immediately.

This decision was made upon the Board becoming aware on 24 February 2015 that Shaun was made the subject of a personal bankruptcy order on 10 February 2015.

This is a personal matter, on which SuperGroup will not comment further, and is wholly unrelated to the financial position of the Company.

Trading remains in line with the prior guidance. Nick Wharton, previously CEO of Dunelm Group plc and before that CFO of Halfords Group Plc, has been appointed as interim Chief Financial Officer, effective today. (DPA)
