Material Girl lawsuit
Following the launch of her clothing line Material Girl last year, pop singer Madonna was suit for using the same name as Apparel manufacturer L.A. Triumph. For AW10, Madonna introduced the Material Girl range at Macy’s with Kelly Osbourne modelling the pieces. L.A. Triumph filed the lawsuit for using the same name as their clothing line....
