A top quality speaker programme is lined up for this year’s

Retail Bulletin Customer Loyalty Conference starting next week.

Phil Szymala, Business Insight Director, ICLP said, “ICLP is pleased to participate and present at the Retail Bulletin Customer Loyalty Conference. The conference brings together industry experts to share knowledge, discuss opportunities and develop solutions to challenges faced in retail customer loyalty, it is also a great opportunity to network with industry figures. ICLP have been developing profitable customer relationships for clients for over 20 years and will share at the event some best practice from both clients and the wider industry.”

Phil continues, “The word loyalty means different things to different people, such as points, recognition and rewards for example. Often the view from brands and customers alike can be all too narrow, missing the point that when all said and done what stakeholders actually desire are relationships and the value they bring. At the Retail Bulletin Customer Loyalty Conference, I plan to explore relationships in more detail, considering how to drive business growth by fulfilling core needs”.
