Nike London is looking for a Retail Lead to join our team and provide world-class service to the consumer:

Join the NIKE, Inc. team! As a Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional consumer service and ensuring a premium brand experience to our consumers. You will coordinate, coach, and motivate the employees in your area while maintaining an excellent work atmosphere. You will support the management of the daily business in your area to achieve sales targets, including digital services, visual merchandising, sales floor, and promotional campaigns. You will identify and solve problems in partnership with your store leadership and be a brand ambassador for NIKE’s initiatives. You will also ensure the store complies with all NIKE standards and guidelines.

We are looking for a Nike By You - Retail Lead to drive engagement with our members for our events, activations and programming of Arena initiatives and seasonal moments across our floor.
In this role you will be leading the training towards our store athletes for the programming of events and activations as well as the day-to-day operations of our Expert sessions to ensure a flawless consumer journey for our members inside the store.

• Together with the Nike By You Coach/AHC , you will execute the experiences inside the store
• Responsible to own the education and delivery of premium and flawless consumer experiences across all floors and store athletes.
• Own the programming of our Experts for the booking system and plan staff according to needs (WFM)
• Track success with pre-defined KPIs and share these amongst larger leadership teams.
• Brief CDS teams on audience setting and set-up NET events for the events & experiences coming to live inside the store
• Work effectively across the organization with consumer direct marketing teams, city marketing teams and store commerce teams to execute our launch strategy
• Participate in weekly integrated marketing meetings and share progress

Our leads specialize in one business area but will support cross-functionally on the below

1. COMMERCIAL: You will support a team that can deliver efficient receiving of product, inventory accuracy to visual presentation standards, and make timely monthly initiative launches

2. ATHLETE EXPERIENCE: You will ensure the team is equipped to deliver the highest quality athlete experience.

3. CONSUMER EXPERIENCE: You will lead by example and deliver our sales floor service to bring the consumer journey to life.

Qualifications

• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a small team of peers.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
• Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours (***), which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
