Originally from Pisa, Tuscany, Antonio Marsocci has lived in London since 1996. He spent his early working years combining his love of retail with his successful leadership skills at Giorgio Armani, Kenzo and Trussardi, and then moved on to work as Head of Retail, first for Matches Group and then Habitat. Antonio has now branched out and set up his own international retail coaching and consultancy company, Think Positive, focusing on luxury fashion retail.

As a business consultant, Antonio aims to help business owners, executives and senior managers to design a business that makes them and their team motivated and happy, uses their full potential and attracts repeat customers. Antonio helps to increase their revenue, decrease their expenses and reduce costly mistakes, improving the customer service experience and customer image by managing and developing staff efficiently. The retail consultancy service analyses, evaluates and recommends practical and commercial solutions in retail strategy, marketing, merchandising and operations.

Coaching adds value to an organisation by helping employees to grow and develop and thereby increase their overall productivity and profitability. As a coach, Antonio aims to encourage others to face their fears, to take bold steps to reach their goals and to develop clarity around what they want, and what needs to be achieved.

Some of the clients Antonio is currently collaborating with are Georgina Goodman, Michiko Koshino, Verri Uomo and CMW. He is also working with Bradley Seymour, Creative Director of Marie Claire Italia with whom he has designed a range of Think Positive T-Shirts, launched in March; to help spread his motto “It is time to make optimism an everyday reality”. Think Positive is supporting the charity Kidsco, Antonio is using an exclusive edition of his t-shirts to raise funds for the charity, which provides vulnerable London children with practical, emotional and educational support.

In this time of recession and uncertainty, Antonio brings experience, natural leadership and his coaching skills, combining this with his Think Positive approach to everything he does.
