Asos x GLAAD collection launches

London - Online fashion retailer Asos has teamed up with GLAAD, the world's leading LGBTQ media advocacy organization to launch a unisex collection promoting the Together Movement.

Launching November 3, the Together Movement, founded by GLAAD, aims to bring together all the marginalized group and help accelerate acceptance around the globe for all. The Asos X GLAAD collection consists of 8 pieces, designed by Asos's in-house design team and includes jersey basics with colourful graphics and jewellery which feature the '&'symbol from the Together Movement.

The collection launch includes a photo series featuring LGBTA actor and advocate Tommy Dorfman, who supports the movement. The Asos x GLAAD collection was designed to encourage consumers to take a stand against discrimination and help bring together all communities, including women, Muslims, immigrants and LGBTQ people. "Collaborating with GLAAD is an authentic extension of Asos’s mission and reflects the beliefs of their core consumers nationwide," said the company in a statement.

A monetary donation from each item sold will go directly to the movement. Prices for the Asos x GLAAD range start at 8 pounds for a tote bag and go to 30 pounds for an oversized hoodie.
