Jewellery designer Philippa Holland has got off to quite an auspicious start in her career. London-based Holland sold a pair of wishbone hoop earrings to the It-girl du jour and gorgeous girlfriend of Jude Law, Sienna Miller. She subsequently wore the earrings to the London premiere of her new movie with Law, Alfie. Miller is known for her great eye and a keen sense of what works and what doesn't.
