The Centre for Fashion Enterprise, London fashion business incubator, is calling on London-based fashion businesses to take part in its new fashion production workshop.

The new course is looking for businesses that have been trading for at least 12 months and are looking to professionalise their production processes to take part in this fully-subsidised programme that aims to showcase the best tools and practices to successfully navigate through the production process.

The two-day course will feature workshops across a wide-range of subjects from finding the right manufacturer to meeting that delivery date. The topics include sourcing fabric and trims, communicating with suppliers, achieving the right quality, cost analysis and price negotiations, sustainability – what is it and how to achieve it, shipment and delivery, as well as critical paths and production planning.

All attendees will also receive a one-to-one diagnostic after completing the workshop.

Applications are now open on Centre for Fashion Enterprise’s website, closing September 29. With the fashion production workshop set to take place on October 11 and 12.
