Cherchbi and Tricia Lyon team up

Lakes-based artist Tricia Lyon collaborates with the British leatherwoods and accessories company Cherchbi on a silk scarves line. The designs are based on locally growing ferns and teasels, once used in the local woollen industry. Made from a double layer of quality satin silk, the large scarves have a luxurious weight and feel. They're printed on both sides so the colour and pattern is visible however it is worn.
Cherchbi silks are printed and finished in Macclesfield, Cheshire. The town has had close involvement with the silk trade since the 17th century and is considered the home of the English silk industry. The company's accessories are designed and manufactured in Britain using natural materials such as English vegetable-tanned leather, cotton canvas, pure silk, solid brass and pewter.
