Highlighting the proliferation of fashion and beauty talent across the UK, Clothes Show London announces the details of their upcoming awards programme. From make-up and style to hairdressing and photography, the awards are dedicated to nurturing, supporting and developing  the rising talents within the fashion and beauty industries; acknowledging the UK's fashion industry's elite and showcasing its renowned products and experts.

Five awards, each featuring different categories, provide insight into the world of fashion and beauty and are supported by the industry's experts, designers, journalists. The UK Beauty Awards and some categories of the Clothes Show Style Awards winners will be determined by public vote.

The UK's fashion and beauty industries will be striving for recognition in The Clothes Show Style Awards across Fashion Photographer of the Year, Fashion Stylist of the Year, Celebrity Hairdresser of the Year, Makeup Artist of the Year, Best Dressed Man of the Year and Best Dressed Woman of the Year categories. Nail technicians will compete in The Clothes Show Nail Awards, make-up artists will compete to be The Clothes Show's Young Make-up Artist of the Year, whilst the UK Beauty Awards will see beauty products, fragrances and organic products short listed by experts and voted for by the public.

First place in The UK British Textile Design Award will win the chance to have their design used on a prom dress and featured in New Look stores, SS09 and £1000 prize money. The winning dress will also be modelled on the Clothes Show London Fashion Theatre Stage and seen profiled in Drapers magazine. All winners will be announced at Clothes Show London, 29 - 31 May 2009 at London's ExCeL.
